Be Your Fragrances, SL (hereinafter, Beyou) expresses its commitment to comply with current legislation at all times regarding data protection, specifically with the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of Character Personal; Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, and other applicable legislation. In accordance with article 5 of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Users are informed that the personal data provided in the Platform will be subject to automated processing and will pass to be part of the files owned by Be Your Fragrances, SL, as responsible for the files duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, for the purposes of managing Users registered in the Beyou Platform.

Beyou collects and stores certain information that the User enters in the Platform or that facilitates it in any other way:

Registration Data: the information that the User provides us when an account is created in the Platform. This is, the name of the User, the email, address … etc.

User Profile Information: the information that the User adds to the Platform in order to use the Service. The User can view and edit the personal data of his profile when he deems appropriate.

Data of the User’s account: the information of the orders made by the User.

Additional information that the User wants to share: the information that the User could provide to Beyou for other purposes. For example, the billing address, in case you request to receive invoices from Beyou.
b) Information that Users provide us indirectly:
Data derived from the Use of the Platform: Beyou collects the data derived from the Use of the Platform by the User each time it interacts with the Platform.
Device data: Beyou stores the data of the connection device that the User uses to access the Service. These are: Internet IP address that the User uses to connect to the Internet with their computer or mobile phone, information from their computer or mobile phone, Internet connection, browser type, version and operating system, and the type of device, the complete clickstream of Uniform Resource Locators (URL), including the date and time, the User’s cookie number, the browsing history and the User’s preferences.

III. For what purpose are the data collected?
1.- Beyou uses the data it collects from Users to provide the Service requested by the User through its account on the Platform, according to the mechanism described in the «Terms of Use».
2.- Beyou also uses the information to investigate and analyze how to improve the services it provides to Users, as well as to develop and improve the characteristics of the service it offers.
3.- Beyou may also use the information of the Users for the purpose of detecting and investigating frauds, as well as other illegal activities and potential breaches of our «Terms of Use».
4.- Internally, Beyou uses the information for statistical purposes in order to analyze the behavior and trends of the Users, to understand how the Users use the Platform, and to manage and improve the services offered, including the possibility of adding new badges .
5.-Likewise, Beyou may use the personal data provided by the User to make communications via email and / or send SMS to the User about the operation of the service. Beyou will send messages to the User with information regarding the status of the requested order, and once it has finished, Beyou will send a summary / receipt of the order and its price to the email’s user.

By registering on the Platform it will be understood that the User accepts this Privacy Policy and, therefore, authorizes the Beyou to make both communications.

6.- On the other hand, Beyou, with the consent of the User, may send to the Users e-mail promotional messages and / or offers related to the Service. If the User wishes not to receive the aforementioned information and / or commercial communications, Users may opt at any time to the option «Cancel the subscription» in the email itself, and consequently, Beyou will immediately cease sending the aforementioned information. .
7.- If the User connects his account to another social network or to the web of a third party, Beyou could use the information assigned to that social network or third party, provided that said information has been made available to Beyou with the User’s consent.

IV. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party for a period of 24 months from the last interaction.

V. Does Beyou share the information it collects?
The personal data that Beyou collects will be exclusively used for the achievement of the object defined in the «Terms of Use». Beyou will not transfer its data to other companies unless it has the prior and express consent of the User. At all times, the only recipient of the information contained in the personal data of the User will be the Beyou, except that the User, voluntarily, and expressly so, wishes, the disclosure of such personal information through of the means available to the Platform, in order to be able to provide certain services related to the Service.

Beyou gives the User access to a large amount of information about your account and its operations on the Platform so that you can see, and in certain cases, update that information.
All Users can access the User’s profile and complete it and / or edit it as it deems appropriate. The information and data provided by the User will be available at all times in the User’s account and may be modified by the User through the edit profile option.
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, taking into account that the exercise of the same is personal, so it will be necessary for the affected party to prove their identity. The exercise of these rights must be done in writing signed by the owner of the data, indicating your address, attaching a copy of your National Identity Document or other supporting document, by contacting Beyou’s email address.
As indicated above, if the User wishes to stop receiving emails from Beyou, they can adjust their subscriptions in the email tray and press the «Cancel Subscription» button.

VII. How do we protect the data of the Users?
Beyou has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the treatment, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. As mentioned above, the personal data provided will not be transferred to third parties without prior authorization by the owner of the same.
Beyou also informs Users that they have the right to exercise before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as the competent Control Authority in matters of Data Protection, the exercise of effective protection of the rights recognized here.
